This question assumes even more significant proportions as the student completes class 10th /12th and is on the threshold of choosing among different courses of study, each leading to a discrete career path. This choice becomes even more complex given the plethora of options to choose from.
Not just that, career decisions are also swayed by sibling/parental/friends’ influence or by mundane parameters like money and fame. What gets overlooked is the suitability of a particular career option to a student’s aptitude, work motivation and personality.

This entails an appreciation of the overall career scope, educational path leading to building competencies for those careers, preparation strategy/approach for seeking admission to programs which are gateways for those careers and various other related queries/challenges for pursuing those careers.
